    Legend in Broadcasting

        Jack G. Gritton, pioneer in technical radio in Akron, Ohio starting in 1912. Jack G. Gritton installed station WADC and then became chief announcer and manager in 1925 at the Portage Hotel in Ohio. At one time Gritton was Vice-President of Sun Radio.

    Our exhibit preserves the "Golden Age of Broadcasting" with a treasured collection of memorabilia and photos.
