Jack "Ryan" Mulcahey

      Jack “Ryan” Mulchahey was born in Niagara Falls, New York, on December 30, 1924. He was a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. He served his radio internship with Storer Broadcasting. His first commercial radio announcing position at WHUM, in Reading, PA. He was employed by WAKR Radio in April of 1956. He holds a record for the longest running radio remote – 23 years. He celebrated his silver anniversary at WAKR and is weatherman on WAKR -TV.
