Lynn Tolliver, Jr.

      Cleveland, Ohio born, Lynn Tolliver, Jr. became President and principal owner of WJMO-AM, 1490-- and the re-named WZJM, 92.3 in 1994. Previously he had been WZAK's Program Director for 12 years but stepped down in order to develop his newly acquired radio properties. He continues as morning drive jock for WZAK and as host of his popular Saturday afternoon program "Just the Two of Us" with sidekick Ralph Poole. Known as "America's Bad Body", he has guest starred on the Arsenio Hall Show and writes weekly columns for trade publications "Jack the Rapper" and "Impact". He was selected by Billboard Magazine as Program Director and Air Personality of the Year in 1993. In that same year, he was the National Association of Broadcasters' Marconi Award nominee for Air Personality of the Year (Large Market) as well as Black Radio Executive Air Personality of the Year.
