Bob Devine’s professional introduction to radio began at age 16 when he received his first class broadcast license and his first job as Chief Engineer/Announcer at WDLA in Walton, New York. br> It was in 1960 that he found his real radio home in Cleveland , Ohio at WCRF and he is now probably one of the most beloved radio announcers in the United States . br> Since 1962, he has been the morning wake-up host of the Clockwatchers. This show features Gospel music, world news, Bible quotes and also stars Devine’s long-time partner “O’l Red, the Rooster.” Devine also has developed and produced many original shows for the Moody Broadcasting station including a children’s program called the “Story Book Room.” |
